The CPC Sync functionality follows a modular approach, where up to three CPCs can be synchronized to create an HV source with up to 15 kVA for testing dry-type transformers. The induced voltage can be used for voltage withstand tests and partial discharge measurements, e.g. combined with the MPD 600 test system.
CPC Sync is the ideal solution for testing at locations that are difficult to access and where space is limited. Wind turbine generators, oil platforms or industrial production lines that are equipped with a dry-type transformer are good examples for such a challenge.
