5th Annual Canada Protection Symposium (CPS) - Special Virtual Event
December 1 - 3, 2020
It’s our pleasure to invite you to OMICRON's 5th Annual Canada Protection Symposium (CPS) Virtual Event on December 1 - 3, 2020. Registration is open!
Safety has always been and continues to be our #1 priority. We intended to hold CPS as a face-to-face event, but due to COVID-19 and travel policies, we changed the format to a LIVE virtual event. This new format will be a condensed program modeled after the original in-person agenda.
The 5th Annual Canada Protection Symposium (CPS) will cover emerging and new technologies in the electric power industry on protection, automation, and control. You will hear from industry expert speakers, network with your peers, and learn from utilities sharing best practices and case studies.
This year's Opening Keynote Address is Francis Bradley, President and CEO of the Canadian Electricity Association (CEA). CEA is the National Voice of Electricity and serves its electricity industry members through the work of expert professionals led by Bradley and directed by a Board of Directors made up of member CEOs.
We are pleased to provide you with two optional half-day pre-conference tutorials on Tuesday, December 1, 2020. You can choose the IEC 61850 Tutorial or the Distribution Automation Testing Tutorial, or attend them both!
Take this opportunity to learn from industry experts and listen to their experiences.
