In June 2019 about 100 software developers from Vorarlberg and its surrounding regions attended lectures about topics like Artificial Intelligence, Google Design Sprints or Gamification at the OMICRON Development Center in Klaus. They have been invited by the company Dr. Fritz Führungskreise in cooperation with OMICRON. The visitors enjoyed the opportunity to exchange their experiences and meet in a casual atmosphere.
Only few people know that OMICRON is one of the most relevant employers in the sector of software development, employing about 120 software developers and always looking for new talents. This search is taking place internationally as it is not easy to find and reach highly qualified people. At the moment, employees from more than 45 nations belong to the OMICRON team.
