DANEO 400

DANEO 400 records and analyzes messages in the communication network. It measures network load and propagation delays of different network packets (e.g., GOOSE messages) within a local substation network or between substations. All involved devices are configured and controlled with the DANEO Control software, even if they are connected across a wide area network (WAN).

Benefits of this solution

Increased network resilience

Network architecture designs are easily verified based on their performance in worst-case scenarios with high traffic load conditions. Additionally, time-synchronized network traffic recordings at different network locations assesses propagation delays of different packet types.

Troubleshooting communication issues

Visualizing the current network performance status identifies bottlenecks and communication issues. Networks are permanently supervised, and in case of events all traffic is recorded. This supports troubleshooting and helps fix existing network performance issues.
