Primary Test Manager™ (PTM) es la herramienta de software idónea para las pruebas de diagnóstico y evaluación del estado de activos de media y alta tensión.

El software asiste al usuario durante las pruebas de diagnóstico de interruptores de potencia, transformadores de corriente y de tensión, máquinas rotativas, sistemas de puesta a tierra, transformadores de potencia y equipos asociados como bornas y cambiadores de tomas bajo carga.

Utilizando el software PTM, se pueden utilizar numerosos sistemas de prueba de OMICRON –CPC 100/80, TESTRANO 600, CIBANO 500, FRANEO 800 y DIRANA. Además de poder guardar todos los datos de prueba y activos en una sola base de datos, puede reducirse el esfuerzo de capacitación del personal mediante el uso de un software común.

El software PTM guía a los usuarios por el proceso de prueba con instrucciones paso a paso y detallados diagramas de cableado. Además, las pruebas pueden evaluarse automáticamente de acuerdo con las normas internacionales IEEE e IEC aplicables. El software también ofrece funcionalidades inteligentes para la fácil presentación de informes, copia de seguridad individualizada o sincronización de datos.

La FRA est la méthode la plus sensible pour détecter les déformations mécaniques. Elle peut également révéler des courts-circuits entre les spires, les conducteurs ou les enroulements, ou bien des circuits ouverts. Elle peut identifier les défauts du circuit magnétique y compris les déformations mécaniques, une mise à la terre flottante ou des courts-circuits entre tôles. On peut également détecter des problèmes dans le changeur de prises, comme des mauvais contacts dans le sélecteur de prise ou le commutateur. The Primary Test Manager™ (PTM) is the ideal software tool for diagnostic testing and condition assessment of medium- and high-voltage assets.

The software supports you during diagnostic tests on circuit breakers, current and voltage transformers, rotating machines, grounding systems, power transformers as well as associated equipment such as bushings and on-load tap changers (OLTC).
