Differential partial discharge measurements with the MPD 800
The MBB1 is a measurement balanced bridge used with our MPD 800 partial discharge (PD) measurement and analysis system for reliable differential PD measurements in test environments with heavy interference. The MBB1 contains a bridge-type circuit that balances and combines the PD signals of two measurement impedances to separate out extra interference. The combined signal is transferred to the PD input of the MPD 800.
