MTR2
Matching transformer for on-site induced voltage testing of LV & MV power transformers
MTR2 – Induced voltage high-voltage testing on MV transformer.
MTR2 is a matching transformer, allowing together with the CPC to perform induced voltage testing on dry-type and medium voltage transformer.
With the integrated noise filter, measurements can also be performed with low disturbances to allow a parallel standard-conform partial discharge measurement with MPD 800.
Key Features
- Adjustable output voltage between 100 V / 200 V / 400 V / 800 V at frequencies > 100 Hz
- Partial discharge filter for minimum noise disturbances from the source
- Using CPC Sync, up to three MTR2 can be connected in parallel to increase the output power of the system
- Expandable by an MPD system to perform on-site PD measurements
