Our global service network helps keep calibration and repair processes efficient and convenient. Selected OMICRON Service Hubs and Service Centers provide factory calibration and other product services near you. With qualified technicians, defined service standards, and coordinated processes, we help ensure reliable service quality across regions. Please reach out to your local OMICRON Sales representative to learn more about the specific services offered for your location.
- OMICRON Service Hubs: OMICRON Service Hubs provide a wide range of product services, including inspections, calibration, adjustment, and repair for almost all OMICRON devices. We are continuously expanding our network to make these services available in more regions.
- OMICRON Service Centers: OMICRON Service Centers focus on selected devices and offer calibration and simpler repair services. They handle logistics if your device needs to be sent to another location and enable faster service handling for many standard service cases.
- Service Partners: Our certified Service Partners extend our global reach. They offer services similar to those of OMICRON’s Service Centers and help ensure support is available near you.
