WE ARE CYBERSECURE
StationGuard Receives Security Certificate from the BSI
The German Federal Office for Information Security (BSI) has tested our StationGuard intrusion detection system and awarded us the IT Security Certificate (BSZ), making us the first intrusion detection system ever to receive this distinction.
This accelerated security certification from the BSI shows that StationGuard is setting new standards in intrusion detection and demonstrates our innovative spirit in protecting your OT systems.
What does the BSI certification mean for you?
Customers all over the world can rest assured that our StationGuard products and the accompanying RBX1 platform meet the highest quality and security standards. The development and manufacturing processes for our products have been carefully monitored and tested for security and efficacy. This has been confirmed in extensive penetration tests.
The BSI requires products for highly critical applications (especially intrusion detection systems) to have certain security features—and our solution meets them all!

We are delighted that the BSI has certified the quality and security of our StationGuard solution by issuing us the IT security certificate. We are the first, and so far only, cybersecurity partner to offer our customers an intrusion detection system that has been awarded the IT security certificate.
OMICRON has been a reliable partner for energy suppliers and grid operators for more than 30 years. We put all of our passion into developing our products and maintain the highest quality standards through a Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SSDLC).
Effective intrusion detection and management: StationGuard and GridOps set new standards
Our StationGuard intrusion detection system and the GridOps central management system work together perfectly: GridOps functions as a management interface for the StationGuard sensors in the network and collects and analyzes the data supplied by the sensors.

The StationGuard IDS collects detailed data on each piece of equipment. The innovative allow list system provides prompt and precise intrusion detection, reduces false alarms, and ensures the device is ready for use faster. All alerts can be understood by both OT and IT employees.

GridOps provides comprehensive asset inventory, an alarm dashboard, sensor management, centralized user management and vulnerability management with extensive reporting. Users are only shown the relevant vulnerabilities, which ensures efficient vulnerability management.
